New York City-based K2 Design Inc. has been chosen as the interactive agency of record for NCR, a provider of information technology solutions for businesses that are building one-to-one relationships with customers.
Under the arrangement, K2 will develop a comprehensive Internet strategy for NCR, including online branding, technological recommendations, and communications that can enhance the company’s overall business objectives. Billings were not disclosed.
K2 will advise NCR as it expands its online systems to support its customers and the company’s services. Other recent client additions for K2 include Business Week Online and Sony Online Entertainment.
“The K2 team has a great track record creating online brands, developing effective communications strategies and executing these plans for corporations, from initial analysis to defining communications and technology needs,” said Anthony Sprauve, assistant vice president of public relations at NCR.
“K2’s comprehensive process will help to NCR use the Web more effectively and integrate our online activities with traditional marketing communications and public relations,” he said.
