A study by Digital Marketing Depot and published by Optify, a provider of digital marketing software for agency marketers, has revealed that 95% of agencies are planning to improve their digital marketing package offerings by 2014, by adding to or expanding them.
The study, entitled ‘The Future of Digital Marketing Services: Where Will Agencies be in 2014?‘, was based on a combination of audience poll results taken from a webcast that took place on May 15th 2013, as well as original research conducted by the two companies.
Rob Eleveld, Optify CEO, commented: “With so many agencies looking to expand their offerings, it’s clear that the future of digital marketing agencies is integration. The siloed, standalone service approach isn’t working anymore, as more and more clients prefer the ‘all-in-one’ treatment when it comes to their marketing agency.”
