New partners are CramSession, a source of free educational materials for IT professionals; HealthBoards.com, an online health community site; The Black World Today, a site for the global black community; Bach Systems, an affiliate marketing network site; Ezthemes, a distributor of graphic art for PC desktops; Free Stuff Center, a site offering free offers/trials from vendors; The Free Site, a source of free products and services; 3A Webcon, which operates a network of sites providing free products and services; eHaHa.com, a provider of user-created online communities; and Virtual Greeting Cards.

Each of the 10 Web sites plans to incorporate the NetCreations list member signup form into its site to encourage visitors to opt in to receive targeted email messages about products and services of interest, said NetCreations President Rosalind Resnick.

This process will be managed by NetCreations’ PostMasterDirect.com marketing service. NetCreations will store the sites’ opt-in email addresses in its Oracle database, provide email delivery and merge/purge services, and offer the lists for rental through its PostMasterDirect.com online marketplace. The email lists will initially rent for 10 to 25 cents a name.
