The Net Perceptions’ personalization solution integrated with AdServer will offer infrastructure for the ad management process including inventory management, dynamic targeting and ad performance report generation. Joint customers will be able to target advertisements and marketing offers based on a user’s online behavior.
The Net Perceptions software, which learns both about each visitor’s individual interests and tastes and click patterns across the entire user base, is based on technology from Neural Application Corp. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The joint solution will have the ability to track and target based on six unique user and environmental factors including: user click behavior, date, page, reach and frequency, user navigation behavior, and user key word entries.
