NetGravity is teaming up with YourAccounts.Com, a B-to-B provider of electronic billing and statement presentment solutions, to offer a solution giving advertisers and billers an interactive marketing channel for cross-selling and direct marketing to their customers.

e.bill.anywhere and Informa, YourAccounts.Com’s electronic billing and statement presentment product families, have integrated NetGravity’s Internet advertising software solution to manage and deliver targeted advertisements and marketing offers into its electronic bills and statements.

Targeting can be based on a customer’s unique purchasing history, geographic location and current interests. NetGravity AdServer enables advertisements within electronic bills to be sent from the biller or from a third-party advertiser.

The software also generates campaign performance reports that enable electronic billers to determine the effectiveness of ad targeting and make changes to campaigns in real time.

Financial arrangements between the companies were not disclosed.

“The real upside with electronic billing resides in proactive marketing to customers in a Web-based environment,” said Tom Roberts, vice president of marketing at YourAccounts.Com.

“Working with NetGravity allows us to extend the value of our e.bill.anywhere and Informa solutions by enabling companies to develop closer relationships and offer customized advertising and messaging to their consumers.”

YourAccounts.Com, focused exclusively on Internet bills, statements and related recurring customer communications, is a division of Output Technology Solutions.
