TheAdStop.com has launched as a free Internet advertising directory and marketing resource, allowing users to search and compare Web advertising opportunities based on specific criteria including pricing, site traffic, availability, demographics and ad specifications.
“TheAdStop.com is bringing together buyers and sellers of Internet advertising in an organized manner that hasn’t existed until now,” said Howard Minsky, president of TheAdStop.com.
“Our search criteria allows businesses to maximize advertising dollars by finding sites specifically geared towards their target audience. In turn, sites listed with TheAdStop.com are exposed to potential advertisers seeking their demographics and are able to quickly move inventory.”
TheAdStop.com, conceived last year, provides a “virtual media kit” for each Web site listed that includes a description, demographics, Web awards, advertising options, ad specifications, discounts and contact information.
Users are also able to select several Web sites of interest and perform side-by-side comparisons of key information such as number of unique visitors, page views, pricing, discounts, etc.
Companies with online advertising inventory are invited to list Web sites and ad information at no charge.
“We see enormous potential for TheAdStop.com to serve as a major vehicle for companies to reach potential advertisers in very specific markets,” said Minsky.
