Organic promoted three of its top creative and client services execs.
Chuck Russo becomes EVP and chief of client development; Colleen DeCourcy is promoted to VP and chief creative officer; and Troy Young moves up to chief experience architect. All three are newly created posts.
“It’s really important that talent flow in our network to the right clients and the right opportunities and the right problems that need solutions,” said Organic CEO Mark Kingdon. “Organic is creating a new management structure that will more effectively leverage the leadership and wisdom of our most experienced people.”
Chuck Russo was previously managing director of Organic’s Detroit office, and the agency tapped Bill Camp to take over his role. Camp has been VP of operations in that office for six years, servicing the DaimlerChrysler account.
New CCO Colleen DeCourcy was previously executive CD for the agency, leading its work on the “Unleash Your Freak” campaign for the Dodge Charger.
Troy Young, new chief experience architect, was previously VP of interactive strategy and will now “craft experience design programs” for pitches and existing accounts.
