RealWorld Corp., a provider of financial software solutions, selected PRfirm Miller/Shandwick Technologies to helpraise its market presence and promote new products and business developments.

RealWorld Corp., a provider of financial software solutions, selected PR firm Miller/Shandwick Technologies to help raise its market presence and promote new products and business developments.

Miller/Shandwick provides strategic communications services for its clients, including corporate public relations, product positioning, media relations, Net relations, speaker placements and trade show support. Billings were not disclosed.

“RealWorld is looking ahead to an exciting year–with new products, programs, and business partnerships-including our strategic e-business relationship with IBM,” said Kurt Mueffelmann, president of Manchester, NH- based RealWorld. “With this level of activity, RealWorld wanted to team up with a PR leader in the technology world to help us tell our story. . . ”

Miller/Shandwick, headquartered in Boston, has offices in Silicon Valley, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Hong Kong, London and Singapore. Founded in 1977, the agency has helped to launch more than 100 start-up technology companies, including Compaq Computer Corp. and Lotus Development Corp. The company is part of Shandwick International, a worldwide public relations consultancy.
