The entire staff of Avalanche is likely to be folded directly in with the existing management and production staff of Razorfish, according to the Silicon Alley Reporter. That would bring the head count to near 100 for the newly integrated New York digital solutions firm.

Razorfish acquired Avalanche last January.

Rumors apparently had been circulating that Avalanche would be dissolved. The Reporter quoted unnamed sources as saying that “well-known designer, educator and chief creative officer of Avalanche, Peter Seidler, will make a direct, lateral move into the top (creative position) at Razorfish.”
