RMI.NET Launches First National Ad Campaign

E-business and convergent communications company RMI.NET Inc. launched its first national advertising campaign, aimed at increasing awareness of the company’s expanding line of products and services.

The company has begun a multimedia campaign — including radio, newspaper and magazine advertising — in Denver/Boulder, Kansas City, Phoenix, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Tucson and Bloomington/Peoria, IL. In mid-October, the company will add direct mailing targeted to business customers.

RMI.NET, formerly Rocky Mountain Internet, retained the services of Karsh & Hagan, whose clients include the Colorado Lottery, the Denver Rocky Mountain News, McDonald’s Corp. Rocky Mountain Advertising Cooperative Association and the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp.

Billings were not disclosed.

The company’s primary Internet-based services, aimed at small- and medium-sized companies, include e-commerce applications, high-speed access and Web solutions.

“Our national campaign differs from most others in our industry because it doesn’t just show what we can do for the Internet consumer. It shows what we’ve already accomplished,” said Douglas H. Hanson, chairman and chief executive officer of RMI.NET.
