Stockgroup.Com Launches Campaign on Excite, Lycos

Vancouver, BC-based Stock Research Group Inc., which operates Stockgroup.com and is a subsidiary ofI-Tech Holdings Group Inc., said it plans banner campaigns on Excite andLycos.

Vancouver, BC-based Stock Research Group Inc., which operates Stockgroup.com and is a subsidiary of I-Tech Holdings Group Inc., said it plans banner campaigns on Excite and Lycos.

Banners purchased will be displayed on the Excite site and the WebCrawler site, a brand of the Excite Network.

The Lycos campaign begins April 1. Banner ads will be displayed on Lycos when the terms “small-cap” or “micro-cap” are selected by viewers. Spending was not disclosed.

“More individual investors are using the Internet for their investment research and trading than ever before,” said Marcus New, chairman and CEO of Stockgroup.com. “These agreements will provide us with a presence among this rapidly growing group of investors who are looking for micro- and small-cap investment research, which is our expertise.”

Stockgroup.com is a supplier of financial information to small-cap investors and offers a community that brings together small cap investors and companies to provide information on small-cap market developments. Stockgroup.com also produces The Small Cap Express, a free daily online investment market report that is distributed on an ‘as requested’ basis via email.

On March 31 the company signed a similar deal with Yahoo
