Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch Tuesday inked a dealwith Culturefinder.com that putsthe arts and culture events site's content on the city guide network.

Ticketmaster OnlineCitysearch Tuesday inked a deal with Culturefinder.com that puts the arts and culture events site’s content on the city guide network.

The deal brings the Citysearch guide high-quality information about cultural events in a number of cities, and it gives Culturefinder.com high-profile distribution and an alliance with the leader in the city guide space.

The agreement also adds Culturefinder.com’s ticketing service to that of Ticketmaster Online, which will provide customers with access to a more comprehensive array of events.

“This relationship further extends our strategy to help consumers get things done locally online, whether it’s buying tickets to a Broadway show, finding directions to a venue or setting up a date,” says Charles Conn, chief executive officer of Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch.

Culturefinder.com provides information about events in a variety of arts categories, including classical music concerts, opera, musical plays, plays, ballet, jazz and art museums.
