VentureDirect Worldwide Claims 500 Percent Online Growth
Direct marketing and media firm VentureDirect Worldwide said itsonline divisions have grown by 500 percent in the first nine months of 1999 comparedto the same period last year.

Direct marketing and media firm VentureDirect Worldwide said its online divisions have grown by 500 percent in the first nine months of 1999 compared to the same period last year.
VentureDirect currently has four online divisions: Online Media Planning and Buying, Opt-in Email Marketing, the @dVENTURE Network and The Free Forum Network.
The Online Media Planning and Buying division has clients that include drkoop.com and taebo.com, among others. The Opt-in Email Marketing division claims three million opt-in email addresses in a variety of categories.
The @dVENTURE Network, VentureDirect’s Internet advertising network, now includes more than 3,600 Web sites, the company said.
The Free Forum is VentureDirect’s network of free offer sites designed to generate qualified sales leads, drive traffic to advertisers’ sites, and create brand awareness.
Free Forum has grown to 20 sites with more about to be launched. VentureDirect online services clients now include Forbes.com, Saatchi & Saatchi, Avenue A, CD Now, GoTo.com, PC Flowers & Gifts, drkoop.com, BigStar.com and The Wall Street Journal, among others.
