Congratulations to Walker Media, who have won Dixons Carphone’s £90m media account, after a competitive pitch  against MSix and Mediacom.

Dixons Retail merged with Carphone Warehouse last year to create Dixons Carphone, and beginning in February Walker Media will work across the company’s key UK retail and service brands.

Gary Booker, chief marketing officer, Currys PC World commented:

“We feel they are perfectly positioned to help drive our integrated business forward, reflecting our keen focus on helping customers by connecting them with the right, innovative technology.”

ZenithOptimedia, owned by the Publicis Groupe, will also manage the account having acquired a majority stake in Walker Media in 2013.
