Whittman-Hart Acquires Four Points Digital

Whittman-Hart Inc., a provider ofenterprise-wide e-business solutions for middle-market companies, acquired Four Points Digital LLC, anindependent interactive marketing agency.

Whittman-Hart Inc., a provider of enterprise-wide e-business solutions for middle-market companies, acquired Four Points Digital LLC, an independent interactive marketing agency.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Based in Chicago with an office in San Francisco, Four Points Digital helps companies build and manage customer relationships through electronic solutions.

The firm specializes in digital marketing including interactive advertising using rich media, online site development and online media buying. Four Points employs approximately 80 people.

“With this acquisition, Whittman-Hart brings additional digital marketing expertise to help companies build brands online as well as increased capacity to offer the full complement of enterprise-wide e-business services to our clients and prospects,” said Robert Bernard, Whittman-Hart chairman and CEO.

Whittman-Hart has approximately 3,700 employees in 21 branch offices throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.

Founded in 1997, Four Points Digital employs an “eCustomer First” approach and helps clients build brands, sell products and develop meaningful customer relationships in the digital environment via online marketing and advertising, site development and consulting on business strategy.
