The primary survey used here is the Baruch College-Harris Poll commissioned by Business Week (BW) that took place April 11-16 1997, and came out in the issue of May 5 1997.
In addition we have back-up data from a survey conducted by IntelliQuest (IQ) in November and December of last year, a recent presentation by FIND/SVP and the 7th GVUC (Graphics, Visualization & Usability Center, an academic research center affiliated with Georgia Tech’s College of Computing) survey conducted in April and May.
