With the second tube strike in a month in full flow, gym chain Fitness First has responded to the chaos felt on social media by promoting their brand on Twitter with the #FFKeepMoving offer.
The Keep Moving promotion says that anyone who walks, runs or cycles to and from work will be able to use Fitness First’s changing room and shower facilities as well as exercise for free. This offer is on at all Fitness First gyms across London.
Commuters who want to make the most of this offer are asked to bring their Oyster Cards to any of the Fitness Firsts in London.
Don’t let the #TubeStrike get you down! Run, cycle or walk to work and you can use our showers (or train) for free. #FFKeepMoving

“The tubes might have stopped but that doesn’t mean you have to. With 45 gyms across London, Fitness First will be open as usual – meaning there really is no excuse not to get your workout done this week!” said a Fitness First spokesman.
