Google exec Daniel Stickel defects to WebTrends; Yahoo's Elizabeth Harz heads up global ad sales at Electronic Arts; Amobee partners with QuickPlay Media to monetize mobile video advertising.

Former Google executive Daniel Stickel was named CEO of WebTrends. At Google, Stickel was responsible for syndication products.

Yahoo’s Elizabeth Harz heads to Electronic Arts. Harz left Yahoo after five years, most recently as VP, marketing insights. At Electronic Arts, she’s SPV, global advertising sales role.

Amobee and QuickPlay Media partnered to provide video advertising on mobile. The offering gives brands the opportunity to buy rich media mobile ad inventory.

AOL and TheStreet.com expand their existing strategic content partnership. Under the three-year partnership, sites including TheStreet.com, MainStreet.com, BankingMyWay.com, and Stockpickr.com will be featured on AOL Money and Finance and other areas of the portal.

TNS Media named Scott Ernst president of its newly-acquired Compete. Before the acquisition, Ernst was chief client officer.

Brightcove entered into distribution partnerships with Bebo, Meebo, RockYou, Slide, and Veoh. Brightcove offers partner sites ad-supported video content through the Brightcove Internet TV platform.

Pixsy and Collarity formed a partnership to provide a multimedia search and discovery widget/platform.Though Collarity’s behavioral targeting, and Pixsy’s media search, the system will return video and image results through a behavioral monitoring platform.

NetShelter Technology Media named Brian Cronin sales director for New York. Cronin worked for Source Media since 2004, where he had been group publisher and Internet sales director for the Business Technology Group of publishers.

Jeffrey Dachis joined Bazaarvoice’s advisory board. Dachis was co-founder and former president, chairman, and CEO of Razorfish.

GoFish signed Fact Monster as an exclusive advertising partner.
