NBCU's Comstock returns to GE; MySpace recruits yahoo's Kreuch to lead East Coast sales; Agency.com names managing partner in New York.

NBC Universal’s Beth Comstock is returning to her previous role as chief marketing officer at General Electric. Comstock was CMO at GE from 2003 to 2005, after which she was named president of integrated media at GE subsidiary NBC Universal.

MySpace hired Mitchell Kreuch to lead East Coast sales. Kreuch was a regional VP of sales in Yahoo’s New York Office, where he led 18 sales staffers. Earlier he was VP of sales operations at The Excite Network. He’ll be based in New York and report to head of sales Bryce Emo.

Agency.com named Joan Zulawski managing partner in its New York office. She was most recently SVP, group management director at Draftfcb New York leading Eli Lilly and other accounts. Before that she was with G2/Grey Interactive.

Organic promoted its exec director of project management, James Heughens, to SVP and GM of the Detroit and Chicago offices. Joe DiMeglio was also promoted to VP of engagement management on the Chrysler account, which includes the Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep brands.

Omnicom Media Group has subscribed to TiVo’s Stop||Watch ratings service. It joins a list of agency and network subscribers that includes NBC Universal, CBS, The Interpublic Group, Starcom, and Carat USA.

Mindset Media has joined the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), a self-regulatory association of behavioral targeting networks and stakeholders. The company allows marketers to serve ads to consumers based on identified personality traits.

Digital agency Studiocom hired Matthew Roth to lead a new in-house mobile practice. Roth was previously a co-founder of mobile marketing firm Blumo.

GoldSpot Media, developer of an ad insertion product for mobile video, made two hires. William Ganon was named SVP of advertising strategy, while Staffan Nilsson was named SVP of Bizdev and Sales.

Vertical ad network NetShelter Technology Media hired three in sales. They include Eric Kazanjian, who joins as VP of East Coast sales based in New York; Michael Lamattina, regional sales director for Northeast and Southeast; and James Loza, director of San Francisco Bay Area and Northwest sales.

Gorilla Nation named Alex Godelman VP of technology. Godelman held recent senior posts at Shopzilla and Diskeeper Corporation.
