She will set vision and drive the process for creative concept development and execution for the agency. Former AOL biz dev exec goes to Pandora. Brian Mikalis was hired at Pandora as vice president, performance sales, a newly-created position. Previously Mikalis was director of business development at AdReady, a Seattle-based ad technology company. Before that he led sales teams for AOL in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
