Execs & Accounts: Promotions at Razorfish; Fathom Work for Navistar

Razorfish named five execs to fuel growth in the U.S. and Latin America, an area of admitted weakness. Shannon Denton, hired in 2002, became president and GM of the U.S. Central region; Brandon Geary, in the Seattle office since 2005, was promoted to general manager, Northwest. Christian Juhl, a nine-year employee most recently in charge of Mattel, was named SVP and general manager, California. Another long-time staffer, Pete Stein, became president and GM of the East region. Leading the Latin American business will be Jose Martinez. Martinez will be based in New York, and will head up a project to start a presence in Brazil by 2010. The changes follow the June appointment of Dave Friedman as president of the Americas.
