Starting off, I want to go over the content of our stored searches. Opening up this right here [ stored searches → latest layouts], you can see that we get a stored search where we can find information or digital assets that we’ve created or looked at within the past. You can see right here that we have a gallery view of all the different types of assets based off of that stored search.
Going from there, I also want to dive into the concept of how the quick search functionality works within censhare as well. I want to showcase just how we can look for assets. [ Hovering over search] You can see we get some auto suggestions based on whether we’re looking for the asset type or the content within or the name of the asset. As you can see here, I’m looking for the type of asset, the article.
Now I do want to showcase one thing when it comes to different views that we have. [ Clicks ‘relational view’] So right here within censhare, we can see all of those meaningful relationships when it comes to what’s essentially going on with this asset. Where is it being liked at, Where is being placed in, etc. This is where you can get a transparent view of what’s going on with that asset.
Opening up that asset, you can see here we get more information about the traffic on this specific asset when we publish it to the online portal, who is working on this content and what part of the workflow process it’s in and how complete it is – as well as a preview of all the different content with the different translations as well.
Going to the media tab, you can see these are all the different types of assets or images that we have attached to this piece of article content.
And within the content, you can see those different translations that we have as well. You can see we have a content editor when it comes to these different translations, when you’re creating this content that’s going to be published onto the online portal.
You can see right here this is where we can publish the article. I’m going to configure that right now [ clicks ‘go live’]. I want to publish this to our multiple online sites or online portals. And you can see right here that action was successful.
Going to the next tab, you can see this is where we get more information about what’s going on with this article as it was published online. Who is liking it, who has disliked it, and what the history of that article is when it comes to the traffic. As well as anything when it comes to analysis, usage rights, or the communication about anything that’s going on when it comes to information about this asset with other users or collaborators.
So now that we’ve attached or published the article to the online site, this is what it looks like. If we refresh it [ clicks ‘refresh’], we can see this is the article and the content which we’re able to see very quickly right here. We’re able to showcase information or assets that have been fully published to be shared with partners from within the system.

One notable case that comes to mind is Spark44 – the in-house creative agency tasked with increasing demand for Jaguar Land Rover. The censhare platform has a robust feature set however, there may be certain softwares that your company uses within your regular workflow, like a BI tool or high end video editing tool that it may be better to connect censhare to these tools in order to push and pull data in realtime.
