Razorfish Media VP Sarah Baehr Exits

The interactive agency's top media exec had handled strategy for CapitalOne, Victoria's Secret, and others.
Razorfish VP of Media Sarah Baehr has left the Publicis-owned digital agency.
A five-year employee, Baehr was most recently the U.S. national lead for all the interactive agency’s media planning and buying activities. She handled strategic media direction for CapitalOne, Victoria’s Secret, Starwood, and Schering-Plough, among other clients.
She’d been in the role for just over a year, having replaced longtime VP of Media Jeff Lanctot when he was promoted to chief strategy officer in December 2008. Lanctot later took a senior role with Microsoft’s Advertiser and Publisher Solutions group, after Microsoft sold Razorfish to Publicis late last year.
A Razorfish spokesperson said Baehr left to pursue other opportunities. Baehr could not immediately be reached for comment.
As it conducts a search for her replacement, Razorfish named Patrick Hounsell interim national media lead. His title is general manager media and marketing, and he’s based in the agency’s Chicago office.
