Slightly more than a month after launching its Grupo NetFuerza Division targeting the Hispanic market, 2CAN Media Inc. signed to rep for four Hispanic Web sites.
The four sites are among the first to be served by 2CAN Media’s Grupo NetFuerza subsidiary, which is dedicated to reaching the Hispanic market in the United States, Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
The sites are:
- Asociados Hispanos, a Spanish language site providing news, sports, weather, entertainment and media links to all Spanish speaking countries.
- Futebol Total, a Portuguese language site, which is the largest Latin-American soccer network on the Internet, featuring news and information about the sport.
- LatinoLink, a bilingual Spanish-English site that provides news, analysis, commentary and an interactive forum for those who call the United States home, yet trace their roots to the Spanish-speaking Americas.
- Zona Financiera, the largest Spanish language site exclusively dedicated to the financial issues of Latin America, with real-time coverage of national financial news in every country in the Americas, plus regional stock market updates, interest rate quotations, and information on loans and investments.
“. . .these new sites will provide tremendous momentum in reaching the Hispanic market,” said Merrill Dean, chairman of Grupo NetFuerza, whose background includes executive positions with Disney Latin America and Televisa International. “We now represent several outstanding Hispanic-focused sites, with plans to announce additional sites very shortly.”
