Tandy was most recently a creative director at Doner, and began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi as a copywriter and moved up to associate creative director at the agency.
Leo Burnett agency Arc makes a C-level appointment. William Rosen was promoted to president and chief creative officer of North America of Arc Worldwide. He will be responsible for the creative product across all Arc disciplines including digital, direct, promotion, and retail marketing.
