Publicis Modem launches campaign for Totino's; Euro RSCG New York names Digital MD.

Euro RSCG New York hired Josh Golden as managing director, digital. The agency hired Golden from his post as group director at NBC Universal. He joined the 4D brand and digital offering created after Euro RSCG’s reorganization last November.

General Mills selected Publicis Modem & Dialog East to promote Totino’s Pizza Rolls. The agency created a “Crash the Winter X-Games” campaign to run with the ESPN Winter X-Games 12 later this month in Aspen, CO.

Quattro Wireless named Steven Rosenblatt vice president advertising sales. Rosenblatt joined the mobile advertising firm from Maxim Digital, where he was vice president of sales.

Broadband Enterprises hired Darryl LaRue as executive vice president of operations and marketing. LaRue was tasked with the development and execution of all of the company’s online video campaigns.

Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions tapped Q2 Marketing for an integrated marketing program. The enterprise consulting and language services firm signed a 12-month contract with the agency.

Big Think selected Code and Theory for its Web site design. The video Web site tasked the development and design firm with creating the user interface and back-end content management system for its site.

Critical Mass named Molly Hop as group media director. The agency, a unit of the Omnicom Group, recently consolidated its marketing and media division.

Personality Hotels selected TurnHere to create video advertisements. The boutique hotel company will run the videos on its Web site.

Panaratio selected Marketbright for its direct marketing initiatives. The data discovery and analysis solutions firm will use Marketbright’s on-demand platform.

Bmibaby picked Nedstat for Web site analytics. The U.K.-based airline will use Nedstat to track customer behavior and user navigation.
