Start-up high-end jewelry e-tailer MIADORA.com said it plans to launch a$100,000 Diamond Necklace Sweepstakes giveaway to promote the upcoming launchof its site in September.

Start-up high-end jewelry e-tailer MIADORA.com said it plans to launch a $100,000 Diamond Necklace Sweepstakes giveaway to promote the upcoming launch of its site in September.

Visitors to the site can register to win the necklace, in one of the larger sweepstakes in Internet history.

The one-of-a-kind necklace is representative of the upscale, contemporary style that MIADORA will offer its customers, the company said.

The floral-patterned, 18 karat white gold necklace carries 43.3 carats of diamonds.

MIADORA will showcase only high-end, fashion-right pieces and provide detailed information about the jewelry, the designers and their collections. The prize drawing will be held the week of Oct. 22.
