The site includes a Flash animation illustrating ADVO’s consumer-targeting process and a new navigational structure to guide users through the site’s extensive content.
The depth of content made this project a little different, Kokopelli CEO Katie Peters told the Silicon Alley Reporter. “There was a lot of material–the site actually goes pretty deep in describing how they reach so many households.”
ADVO is known for its Mailbox Values coupon packages and ‘Have You Seen Me?’ missing child mailers. “We all use those pizza coupons,” said Peters. “The site is about getting that across to their advertisers.”
A core project team of five of Kokopelli’s 15 staffers spent around five months on the project. Billings were not disclosed.
