San Francisco-based Personify Inc., a provider of e-marketing software and services, said that Blue Shield of California, Creative, Hoover’s Online, Patagonia, Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Volvo have signed to use Personify’s marketing intelligence software.

Personify’s solution anticipates the needs of Web site visitors, uncover the most effective ways to convert them to customers, and creates and delivers targeted offers.

Jenny Genosa, interactive marketing manager of Volvo, said the company is “committed to learning more about the purchase needs and interests of our online audience in order to improve the car buying experience in our dealer showrooms.
