Needless to say, social media has evolved rapidly over the last ten to fifteen years.

From early sites like six degrees to once big but now almost irrelevant sites like MySpace and Bebo, and finally today’s dominant players like Facebook and Twitter, social has had a massive influence on how the web and online business has developed.
