Revenue Science hires a director of sales; Burst Media moves an exec to LA; Kaboose hires two execs.

ValueClick named James Crouthamel and James Peters to its board of directors. Crouthamel was founder and former president and CEO of Performics, while Peters is an accountant with Ernst & Young. They join the board of the integrated online marketing on July 1.

Revenue Science hired Michael Gable as director of sales, West. The provider of targeted platforms for digital media hired Gable from a position as sales director at Premiere Global Services.

Burst Media appointed Tim Taylor as Western sales manager. The provider of advertising representation, services and technology for Web publishers transferred Taylor from its London-based office to Los Angeles. Richard Zeilhofer was promoted to U.K. sales manager from account executive to replace Taylor.

Kaboose added two execs. The family-focused online media company hired Michelle Shinseki as editor-in-chief of Kaboose.com and Will Ellison as director of marketing, lead generation.

The Booyah Agency hired three execs and promoted one. The online marketing division of Booyah Networks hired Sara Amy Silberstrom and Dan Wiener as account coordinators, and Jonathan Sackheim as an account manager. It promoted Dan Gallagher to associate director.

ExactTarget hired Jeff Rohrs as vice president, agency and search marketing. The on-demand e-mail software provider for permission-based e-mail marketing hired Rohrs from his post as president and chief interactive strategist at Optiem, one of ExactTarget’s original agency partners.

The Active Network hired two execs. The online community for active lifestyles hired David Grant as director, online media sales, and Edna Castaneda joined Active Marketing Group as an account manager.

Pulse 360 appointed Ethan Simblist as director of agency and brand sales. The content targeted sponsored links company hired Simblist from IAC Advertising Solutions.

TrueChoice Solutions named Alexander Gadd director of client services. The provider of real-time preference measurement for predictive selling and customer insights created the position for Gadd.

R/GA London hired two group account directors. The digital agency hired Samantha Bertram and Anthony Wickham as group account directors in newly created positions for its London office.

Investor’s Business Daily selected Opt-Intelligence’s ad serving platform. The online version of the investors publication will use the platform to display opt-in advertising.

New York magazine selected The FeedRoom for Web video. Nymag.com will deploy a branded video player, library and showcase from the broadband video communications company.
